Priesthood ordination Fr. Carlos Eduardo de Oliveira Pereira

On October 7, 2017, in the church of San Gonzalo, João Pessoa, Brazil, Fr. Carlos Eduardo de Oliveira Pereira was ordained by the archbishop of Paraiba, Archbishop Manoel Delson Pereira da Cruz, OFMcap.

Many members of the Priests of the Sacred Heart, family, and people from the different places that were a part of his formation were there. Besides the words of the archbishop, at the end of the ceremony Fr. Carlos Alberto da Silva, superior of the BRE Province, gave a message of encouragement to the young priest as he begins this new stage in his mission. The words of thanksgiving from the new priest to all present expressed his emotions at the completion of his years of preparation.
