Do not let your hearts be troubled. You trust in God, trust also in me. (Jn 14:1)
We glorify God for the life and death of our confrere, Brother Zbigniew , who has already made his earthly pilgrimage to the house of the Father on November 15, 2020. He has lived almost 70 years.
Brother Zbigniew was born in 1951 in Sanok (Poland). He was the third of eight brothers. In high school he won the profession of welder. In the seventies he moved to Tarnów to work in a factory and met the Dehonians there. In 1977 he asked to enter our Congregation with the desire to become a priest, but he left the novitiate in the spring of 1978. However, the desire for religious life remained alive in him. Thus, in 1982, he returned to the Congregation, becoming a religious brother.
After the novitiate he remained for a short time in Pliszczyn middle school, then he worked in Gdynia for two years. He spent the longest period, 23 years, in Krakow until 2010. Since 2010 Paschalis lived in the novitiate in Stopnica.
He will remain in our memory as a humble man, simple, poor in what he had. May he rest in peace!
