“Sacred Heart Devotion. Memory – Body – Image – Text: Continuities and Discontinuities” – That is the title of an international conference, a result of the collaboration between the Congregation of the Priests of the Sacred Heart and the University of Teacher Education in Lucerne (Switzerland). The event will take place in November 8-9 at Villa Aurelia in Rome. It will be the occasion of pluri-disciplinary dialogue, as the presenters are theologians, historians, sociologists, religious scientists etc. For the first time we have obtained the patronage of the Pontifical Council for Culture, thus recognizing the high level of the program. Among the organizations which support the conference there are several Dehonian institutions but also the Vatican Foundation Joseph Ratzinger and the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network.
