Children and Vulnerable Persons Safeguarding Policy

The Priests of the Sacred Heart (Dehonians) believe that the safety of all people, but especially children and vulnerable persons, is paramount. We have put in place standards of conduct for members of the religious order, as well as for employees and others who represent the community through their work and/or ministry. We follow the Church’s and our own internal policies concerning the protection of children and vulnerable persons.

In case of abuse we urge you to proceed according to civil laws of your country.

In regard to an allegation of present or past abuse which involves members, employees or collaborators of our Congregation, following the Church’s policy, we encourage you to immediately contact the local Provincial / Regional Superior of  the Priests of the Sacred Heart (Dehonians) in your country.
