Fr. Francis Xavier Tran Duc Thai new District Superior in Vietnam.

Beginning Aug. 12, the district in Vietnam will have a new administration. Fr. Francis Xavier Tran Duc Thai has been appointed as district superior, succeeding Fr. Francis Vu Tran.

Fr. Francis, will be assisted by three councilors: Fr. John Baptist Tran Quoc Phong, Fr. Dominic Nguyen Viet Khoa, Fr. Joachin Tran Van Ngoc.

The new government takes office until 2025.
